Once you have placed your order, please allow 3-4 processing days. This does not include weekends or holidays. Orders that are placed before 5pm CST will be the beginning of your processing day, orders placed after 5pm CST will began processing the next business day. After your processing days, please allow 7-10 business days for shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. All orders will be shipped to the address provided on pay pal. PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS ON PAY PAL.
Doll Dynasty Hair Collection strongly recommend if you have an appointment that you order your product enough time in advance for any delays that may be out of our control such as late shipments due to holidays, inclement weather, or carrier delays. Due to health regulations, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. Our website provides clear photos of all our products and photos of our hair in its natural state before co washing. Before installing or applying, please be sure to check and make sure it is the correct item without cutting hair wraps, removing the hair tags, or opening the bundle. If it is not the correct item, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org WE WILL REPLACE THE ITEM YOU PURCHASED, NO SUBSTITUTIONS!
UNLESS IT IS DOLL DYNASTY HAIR COLLECTION’S FAULT, YOU (THE CUSTOMER) WILL BE CHARGED $35 FOR A RESTOCKING FEE AS WELL AS COVERING ALL POSTAGE COSTS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
If you would like to exchange your item once it is placed, please contact us within 24 hours with the correct order. Your processing days will start there after.
If you would like to exchange your item once your hair is shipped, email us at email@example.com you (the customer) will be responsible for all shipping costs, and a $35 restocking fee.
